- How do I know that my order has been placed?
- We will confirm your order by email within 48 hours of it being placed. If you do not receive this confirmation please email us at mail@duvetsdirect.com.
- Who do I contact if I need more information before I place my order?

- Can I place my order by fax or post, rather than via the internet?
- Yes, just proceed to the checkout as normal, then select the 'details sent separately' option. You will then be shown a page with all the necessary ordering information. This page can then be faxed or posted to us. Alternatively you can select the 'invoice and payment before delivery' option, and then choose your payment method when you
receive the invoice.
- Can I pay by Cheque?
- Yes, just proceed to the checkout as normal, then select the 'invoice and payment before delivery' option.
- Can I place an order if I do not live in the UK?
- Yes, we welcome international orders.
- How will I know if the item I ordered is in stock?
- We will confirm your order by email within 48 hours of receiving it. In the event that an ordered item is out of stock we will notify you of this in the email and give you an estimated delivery time for the item. If the new delivery date does not meet your expectations then you are free to change or cancel your order.
- How do I know that my credit card details are secure?
- We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

- What do I do if the goods I receive are damaged or faulty?
- We will ensure that goods are dispatched to you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that any mishap has occurred during mailing, please call us on 01242 870238 (International callers please add 44 and phone without the first zero) or email us at mail@duvetsdirect.com immediately and we will
dispatch replacement goods as soon as possible.
- Can I return the goods if I am not happy with them for any reason?
- We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases. However, in the event that you wish to exchange or return an item, please do so within 14 days of receipt of the order. Since we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost during return to us, please obtain a 'Proof of Posting' certificate from your Post
Office. If the items are received by us in excellent condition, we will refund the original price of the item or replace the item. We regret however, that postage & packaging and return postage cannot be refunded.
